The St. Louis Frenzy is a 501c3 women's ice hockey club rostering two teams with players of all skill levels. Our weekly ice is Sundays at the Creve Coeur ice rink. Our club fosters individual and team growth through coached practices.
Our main season runs from September to April and our spring/summer season is May to August. We are part of a multi-state women's league and travel up to 4 times per year. We offer different participation levels to fit your schedule and ability to travel.
We currently field two teams, with a third in development, and are always looking for more players!
